If guests arrive after the show starts, the House Manager will determine when and where they can be seated, which may not be until intermission. To ensure the best experience, guests are advised to arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled showtime.

Is this show child appropriate?

Children of all ages are welcome at the show. However, since it runs for 2.5 hours, it is best suited for children ages 5 and up. Children under 3 may sit on a parent’s lap and do not require a ticket, while those aged 3 and older need their own ticket and seat. Booster seats can be requested before the show to help young children enjoy the best possible view.

Can I bring a bag to the theatre?

Large bags and backpacks are not allowed inside the theater. The theatre only permits small bags (no larger than 9”x12”), diaper bags, and bags for required medical items.
